Order Cancellation

Please fill in the form below and send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Please provide: your first and last name, confirmation email, order number, the product or products you wish to return, and the date on which you received the shipment.

Confirmation of Withdrawal

After receiving your statement, we will send confirmation to the email address you provided without undue delay. You will also receive return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving instructions, in order to avoid delays or sending them to an incorrect address.

Return Costs

In case of a 14-day withdrawal without giving a reason, the cost of returning the product is borne by the user, unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless the reason for the return is an error by the trader.

Refunds

In case of a validly exercised withdrawal, we will refund the payments received, including the initial cost of standard delivery, where such cost was charged.

If the user has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard available option, we are not obliged to refund the additional costs above the value of the standard delivery.
