Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
How to send a request
The user may send a clear statement to . The statement should include name, order number, contact details and the product or products concerned.
Returned products
Books should be returned in a condition that allows resale, where applicable. The user is responsible for any reduced value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return costs and refunds
When exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is borne by the user, unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless the reason for the return is an error by the trader. Refunds are made according to the applicable legislation.
Damaged or incorrect product
In case of a damaged, defective, incomplete or different product from the one ordered, write to , stating the order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
