Prices
Final prices are shown on the website and include all applicable taxes. When the website displays prices in more than one currency, the user sees the current final amount at checkout. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately before final order confirmation.
Payment methods
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on the technical settings of the website, payment may be made by card payment through myPOS, bank transfer, cash on delivery or another method, when such method is available during the order process.
When payment is made through an external payment operator, the payment is processed by the respective payment service provider. Lifetime Publishing Ltd. does not store bank card data.
Failed payment
If the payment is not completed successfully, the order may not be processed until successful payment is made or another available payment method is selected. In case of suspected duplicate payment, technical error or another problem, contact us at .
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier or postal service, according to the available options at checkout. The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation, unless another delivery time is stated during the order process or there is an objective reason for delay.
Delivery details
The user is responsible for entering correct name, phone number, email, address or other details required for delivery. If the details are incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or may not be completed.
