Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of books through the online bookstore.

Products and prices

The online bookstore offers printed books and related publishing products. Product information, prices and available formats are shown on the respective product pages. Final prices include applicable taxes. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately before order confirmation.

Orders and payment

An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing checkout. The user may review the selected products, delivery details, payment method and final amount before confirming the order. Payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by the relevant payment service provider. Lifetime Publishing Ltd. does not store bank card data.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier or postal service according to the available options at checkout. The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation, unless another delivery time is stated or an objective delay occurs.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Detailed information is available on the pages Order Cancellation and Returns & Complaints.

Applicable law

For matters not settled herein, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction rules.
